We offer individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy. Our approaches to therapy vary based on client need and request. We provide evidence-based practice into all our therapy. Some of the approaches we offer are as follows:
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps people identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. It focuses on how thinking patterns affect emotions and actions, and teaches practical skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence current feelings and relationships. By increasing self-awareness, it helps individuals understand the roots of emotional struggles and make meaningful changes.
Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
IPT focuses on improving communication and relationship skills. It helps people navigate life transitions, resolve conflicts, and strengthen social support to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Motivational Interviewing
MI is a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that helps people explore and resolve ambivalence about change. It’s especially effective for those facing challenges with motivation, such as substance use or lifestyle changes.
Mental health treatment is offered in English, Polish and Spanish.
